Terms and Conditions — 98 PKR Online Betting Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 98 PKR ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the 98 PKR website, mobile browser experience and all associated services. By registering an account, logging in, placing a bet or accessing any game on 98 PKR, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the 98 PKR platform. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on 98 PKR, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 98 PKR does not permit minors to register, access or use any part of the platform under any circumstances.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on 98 PKR. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of it, a family member's name or any other identity — is strictly prohibited. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and all associated balances forfeited without notice.

You are required to provide accurate, truthful and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any payment account details used for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false information at registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 98 PKR support immediately.

4. Deposits & Payments

98 PKR accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR and your balance is maintained in PKR at all times.

The minimum deposit amount on 98 PKR is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may be subject to additional verification. Deposits are credited to your 98 PKR balance promptly — most payment methods process instantly, with bank transfers taking up to one banking business day in rare cases.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 98 PKR does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposited funds are held in your 98 PKR gaming account and are not available for withdrawal until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• 98 PKR does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Any deposit made using a payment method that subsequently initiates a chargeback without valid grounds will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

98 PKR implements anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. We may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or where unusual patterns are detected. Cooperation with these requests is a condition of continued account access.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal from your 98 PKR balance at any time, provided your account is in good standing and all wagering requirements have been satisfied. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There are no withdrawal fees charged by 98 PKR.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering control. 98 PKR does not process withdrawals to accounts in a name other than your own registered account name.

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 15–30 minutes.
• Bank IBFT: Within 1–4 hours, subject to your bank's processing schedule.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the card issuer.

98 PKR reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is standard practice to protect account holders from fraud. Timelines stated above apply from the point at which verification is satisfactorily completed. Withdrawal requests submitted during platform maintenance windows will be queued and processed once maintenance is complete.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

98 PKR offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets and loyalty rewards. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, game eligibility, time limits and wagering requirements. These specific terms are provided at the point of offer and must be read alongside these general Terms.

General bonus rules that apply across all 98 PKR promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one person per household, per IP address and per device. Multiple accounts created within the same household to claim the same promotion will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement applies to the total of the deposit plus bonus unless otherwise stated.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10% and certain other games may contribute 0%. This is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.

• If you attempt to withdraw funds while a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Your real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 98 PKR are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or event in question, in addition to these general Terms. Sport-specific rules are available within the relevant betting section of the platform.

General betting rules applicable across all sports and events on 98 PKR:

• Bets are accepted until the event commences or, for in-play markets, until the specific market is closed. 98 PKR reserves the right to suspend markets at any time without notice.
• All bets are final once confirmed. 98 PKR will not reverse or amend a bet at a player's request after it has been accepted, except in cases where the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in the offered odds.
• In the event of a clearly erroneous price being published — for example, decimal odds of 50.0 for a near-certain outcome — 98 PKR reserves the right to void bets placed at that price and refund stakes. This applies even if the bet has already been settled.
• Accumulator bets are subject to the outcome of all individual selections. If one selection is voided, the accumulator continues at the reduced number of selections.
• Live in-play betting markets are settled based on the official result at the time the market closes. Where the result is unclear, 98 PKR may delay settlement until an official result is confirmed.
• Minimum bet stake: Rs 10. Maximum bet stake: as displayed for each specific market, which may vary.

98 PKR reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout applicable to any individual account at its discretion, particularly where patterns of successful arbitrage or advantage play are identified. This does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

8. Casino & Live Games

Casino and live dealer games available on 98 PKR — including but not limited to Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Aviator and video slots — are governed by the specific rules published within each game interface, in addition to these Terms.

• All RNG-based games on 98 PKR use independently certified random number generators. The outcome of every game round is determined by the RNG before the round is displayed on screen.
• Live dealer games are streamed from licensed third-party studios using physical cards, wheels and equipment. Results are determined in real time and are final once the game round is closed.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, 98 PKR's servers record the state of your bet at the time of disconnection. The round will resolve normally and the result will be visible in your bet history upon reconnection.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting the game server that prevents a fair resolution, all bets from the affected round will be voided and stakes refunded.
• The published RTP (Return to Player) for each game represents a theoretical long-run average calculated over millions of rounds. It does not guarantee any specific result in any individual session.
• Minimum casino bet: Rs 50 per round on most games. Maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface.

9. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

98 PKR operates on a foundation of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Using any automated software, bot, script or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with casino games or exploit any feature of the 98 PKR platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, error or loophole in the 98 PKR platform for financial gain. If you discover such an error, you are required to report it to our support team and must not exploit it. Any winnings generated through exploitation of bugs will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live multiplayer games, including but not limited to sharing hand information, coordinating bet sizes or working together to influence outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use 98 PKR for any financial crime.
• Providing false identity information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming promotions more than once.
• Accessing the platform while registered on any self-exclusion programme.
• Any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the integrity of any game on 98 PKR.

98 PKR uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. If an investigation is ongoing, your account may be temporarily suspended without notice during the investigation period. 98 PKR's determination in all fair play matters is final.

10. Responsible Gaming

12. Limitation of Liability

98 PKR operates its platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to all services at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. Where maintenance affects live bets, 98 PKR will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and will settle affected bets in accordance with established rules.

• 98 PKR is not liable for losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, or connection issues on your end.
• 98 PKR is not responsible for any loss or damage to your device or data arising from your use of the platform.
• Our maximum liability to any account holder in respect of a single incident is limited to the value of the stake placed in the relevant transaction, or the balance held in your account at the time of the incident, whichever is lower.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 98 PKR's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of 98 PKR that cannot be resolved through our standard complaints process may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body.

13. Changes to These Terms

98 PKR reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered account holders via the email or mobile number on file, and/or display a notice on the platform. The effective date of the updated Terms will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of 98 PKR after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request the withdrawal of any remaining balance in your account in accordance with the withdrawal terms in effect at the time of your request.
